How to connect NVDA with MVBD (version 151)

Download and install the current version of NVDA
https://www.nvaccess.org/download/

NVDA should be started

Start the newest version of the MVBD. The minimum is 151.

Creating the AddOn

Since MVBD version 151 you have to create the Add-On inside the MVBD. The downloads are obsolate.

Move into the NVDA tab.
Check the "Last tested NVDA version" entry. We try 9999.9.9 to be forever valid
Check the "Number of cells" entry. The AddOn is created specially for this count of cells.
Click "Create Add-On and install". This button is only active when NVDA runs.
NVDA should show you the installation wizard...
After this you should find the AddOn inside NVDA

Select the Braille device

In the NVDA menu got to Preferences, Settings. Then to Braille and Change the Braille display
